Call for Presenters & Participants
As we finalize the agenda, we’re inviting input and presentation proposals from our vibrant community of volunteers! Whether you'd like to present, compete in our poster or photo competitions, or simply volunteer, we want to hear from you.

• Presentation proposals are due by Friday, September 19. All selected presenters will receive free admission.

• Poster abstracts and photo submissions will be due at a later date. We’ll have dedicated exhibit space and award prizes to competition winners.

A follow-up email will be sent to all interested participants with more details on the competitions and schedule.
